Legal Letters following UKPC fine
Please help, I parked my car over the lines in a parking bay at Matalan. I ignored the UKPC PCN and asked Matalan if they could cancel it. They kept saying appeal. The appeal time had already passed and I have explained this to Matalan. I have received no response from Matalan. I am now receiving many letters from debt recovery. Please see the latest letter below. Do I need to pay the £170 now?

Yes, I am just receiving constant letters. I’m so tired of it. Struggling to keep up with it all as well as my 1 year old. So tempted to just give in and pay as I don’t understand all the letters and I do not want to go to court.
