Sorry I'm at work & replying here & there so my posts are making less sense than usual.
When I was given the quote for the leak fix it was given as a +vat price which I worked out was £500 from my pocket (hate when people quote you as +vat!).
£120 seems upper end for a service. I'm hoping that's an Inc. Vat quote & not a +vat.

Installer company went bust last year, unfortunately. Manufacturer warranty invalid, due to not having an annual service last year ( unfortunate oversight on my part).
