Report it to AOS@britishparking.co.uk and ask them to lend weight to your report the Action Fraud. The BPA will listen if you tell them their name is being used.

Unfortunately, Trustpilot do have it in their contracts with some businesses that they will take down reviews are ordered to by those businesses as well as anything that breaks their terms of service.

Did you receive a Notice to Keeper from One Car Parks, with your name and address, your Vehicle Registration Mark (number plate), photo(s) of your vehicle, date of ‘contravention’ and location of such included on it? If that’s the case, the DVLA should be able to tell you who has accessed your data. Come back with reply to above and I’ll provide you with the process to involve the DVLA.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fake reviews are illegal under the lovely new DMCC Act.

Please can someone who has this letter, report them to the CMA for the fake reviews (show screenshots) and for misleading recipients of this clear scam. Point out the letter went to every house in a street (with no recipients' names or personalised salutations) and their website is also lying about obtaining keeper data from the DVLA and lying about the BPA and IPC,

  • what one receives is a letter through the post addressed to ‘the registered keeper of vehicle ABC123 ( reg number) and a fake PCN.

there are no photos/evidence as such an incident never occured. If you read the comments in the dialogue you’ll see the full picture.

someone has suggested no DVLA breach, they just note the registrations of vehicles on driveways and post a letter to that address which seems plausible.

Do all the letters quote the same PCN reference number?
