Moorside Legal county court hearing

Yes we can look at that and the landowner authority. Show dates but redact names.
Also, show the first five paras of their witness statement showing what they say about the witness but cover the person's name.

In a spirit of solidarity, I am also being hounded by Moorside Legal over a virtually identical issue. In my case, the dispute is over a fine issued for a parking space I am the leaseholder of. It's very disheartening to hear that they are prepared to take this to court. I'm just weighing up whether it is worth the battle, even with the guidance available here, or just to give them the £170 they are demanding.

No paying!

Of course you don't pay a scam to make it go away! Absolutely not the example to set family, and two more people won in court today v Moorside, who never turn up to hearings.
This is easy, with no risk. In practice it's just a chat with the judge. One of the winning posters even took her baby in to court as she had nobody to help.

Hi everyone,
Had the hearing this morning at 10am. Nobody from the claimants side turned up. The judged ruled in my favour citing that UKCPS had no contract with me for my particular block of flats and they did not show any evidence strong enough to prove their case. The judge awarded me £95 loss of earnings plus travel costs as well.
Hope this helps Canary365. They are scammers, bluffers and I think their only tactic was to hope I didnt show for the hearing so they’d get a default judgement in their favour.
All in all I’m pleased its over if not slightly annoyed all the work I’d put into the case wasnt needed but better to be prepared anyway

MOORSIDE … A clone of DCBL
The difference being that DCBL chicken out and discontinue RUBBISH claims …… MOORSIDE DO NOT TURN UP IN COURT
A very sad so called legal approved by the SRA …. In my opion, people should be aware that a legal approved by the SRA could be a money scammer as seen in the parking industry.
The SRA should get their act together

Hi everyone,
So UKCPS had until 4pm today to pay my costs ordered by the judge. Their solicitors emailed me to ask for my bank details on 17th March but no payment has been made.
What are my options here? I guess I will have to inform the court that they have broke the judgement?

Send a chasing email with the payment details and a 7 day deadline before you threaten to issue a Warrant of Control
