After I submitted it on MCOL I didnt think to save a copy. I realise that is stupid. I’ve never been to court or had to deal with anything like this before so I was just responding to letters as required. I will call the court tomorrow and source a copy.

I do think I have a strong case to defend this though. I have my lease which doesnt say anything about requiring a permit. It also give a plan of the car park highlighting the spaces I am alllowed to park. One of these spaces is the one they are trying to ticket me for

    Totally agree.

Be confident. Make sure your WS and evidence is strong.

I called CNBC today to get my defence emailed. They couldnt do it over the phone but provided an email address to ask for it. Their auto reply said it can take up to 14days but times vary. I have to submit my witness statement by 25th February.

Tried looking for that post on newbie thread about the witness statements but cant seem to find it?
