Yep you must be at or past the deadline for your WS & evidence now but so are they, assuming you did not receive their evidence.

The deadline is clearly stated on your Hearing Order page two (please don't show it to us, we don't need to check standard things like a hearing order).

Anyhoo they will discontinue within a week!

PLEASE show us the signed NoD when it arrives attached to a DCB Legal email.

The deadline was 6th March - 14 days prior to the hearing. I haven't filed my witness statement bundle however I have also not received their evidence either.

Check your junk emails - and failing that, email DCB Legal telling them you will attend the hearing and claim costs if they fail to send you the NoD by return.

However, you know you are currently in breach of your court order so should be putting a WS in today. You shouldn't have missed that deadline but do it now.

And edit your thread title when you get the NoD. Emailing your WS should flush it out.

The recent thread by @Horizon_Dawn has a simple one responding to the claim, citing HHJ Moloney in Beavis and it has Mazur v Speechlys which will apply to your Claim Form if it was signed by Sarah Ensall before September.

Well done, but we need to see a redacted picture of the actual N279 discontinuation document that was with the notification above before your success can be added to the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas
