I have also missed my mediation call over Christmas due to being in poor signal. I have been sent an email saying that penalties may apply and this will proceed to a court hearing.

Could you help with the next steps and what is likely to happen?

    Thanks,

Dcb legal I should add were the particular incompetent animals who bottled it at the last minute.
It's not too late to post here the screenshot of your attached NoD so that @Umkomaas can add you to this list:

Thanks for your replies. I have since received the attached letter notifying me that the case have been changed to my local court. I am currently travelling and will not be back in the UK for at least 1 year. Should I be worried about this or is this normal?

    Thanks

This will be discontinued if it's DCB Legal so there will be no hearing.

    Last bit of advice hopefully…

A court date is due to take place on the 20th March. DCB Legal have until the 13th March to pay their court fees.

DCB Legal have today sent me an email requesting that I phone them, as their client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter.

Do I reply or hold out for the court hearing?

Please bear in mind that this PCN in dispute is from 2020, nearly 6 years ago!

Hold out, DCB LEGAL will discontinue by email just before the hearing fee deadline is due to be paid

The length of time isn't really relevant at this late stage
