Cost to paint a room this size

just to be clear, the area of the ceiling is 22 square metres.
The walls are say 2.5m high with a total length of 20m, so that’s 50 sqm.
Times two coats. So, 5l of white for the ceiling. And 10l of colour for the walls, maybe a bit more.Plus all the other stuff, eg sandpaper masking tape, undercoat, satin…
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
OK I misunderstood the OP's measurements if that is the case.

We had a similarly sized room done a few months back. We are up north. We supplied the paint as we wanted specific paint and the decorator supplied the white for the ceiling and coving. We didn't get the woodwork done as the wood floor was going to be replaced so didn't make sense but we do have quite intricate plaster coving which was time consuming. Cost us £450 for the decorator and about £75 for the paint (we bought 3 5L tins of fairly expensive paint (2 colours) and still have 1 full tin and 2 part tins left).
