Stellantis Finance (Fiat)

Hi guys

I'm struggling to get anywhere with these guys.

I bought a car on Finance in 2012 with Fiat Finance, which now no longer exists. Stellantis have said that they don't recognise my claim, because my account was with another provider

Any ideas please?

    If the provider is no longer in business then you cannot claim against them.

    Also, expecting records to be available from 14 years ago is a long shot even if the company is still around.

    You could always try a NWNF company.

    Not necessarily. The finance company and the car company are two different things.
