"They already had the correct address it by the looks of it. On the two letters (dated 2022) they emailed me in PDF format last week, they are both addressed to the correct address"

Yes we know. They traced you. But that means they hold two addresses. Not OK and completely unsafe to sit tight.

Just to be clear on the chronology of events according to their documents:

    1. 18.10.22 - PCN issued by PCM
    2. 24.10.22 - Postal Notification of PCN to keeper (CORRECT ADDRESS) from PCM
    3. 23.11.22 - Parking Charge - Keeper Liability Notice (CORRECT ADDRESS) from PCM
    4. 26.11.25 - LBC from Moorside (CORRECT ADDRESS)

What makes you think they had a second address and that they traced me? And what should I do if it's unsafe to sit tight? Are you saying I should contact Moorside and double check they only have this one address?

    Thanks

This was what made us suspect these went to an old address that car was registered at, years ago:

"Parking Charge to Keeper' letter which I never received and a scan of a 'Parking Charge – Keeper Liability Notice' that I never received."

Two letters went astray plus some debt recovery letters in between? Seems odd.

But if you are sure that car was registered at the correct address all the time, then Moorside only hold one. Which means it is safe to sit tight as long as you open all letters promptly.
