Hi,
I just ignore the email i had from DCB Legal? They have sent me all the photos showing my wife and my 9 yr old son in the front seats, and her crossing where the camera was setup.

Was it POFA compliant?

The NtK is not PoFA compliant.
The NtK contains no wording which states, verbatim or otherwise, that "The creditor does not know the name or address for service for the driver" - this is a specific requirement of PoFA Schedule 4 Paragraph 9(2)(e).
