RM causing issues again

I have disabled RM on simple delivery.
I can't remember the last time I got a physical letter despite some having been posted that I needed for work.

I’m quite happy to use RM on SD as any losses are dealt with eBay.

We really struggle with Large Letters the loss rate seems ridiculous, still not found time to put in a succesful claim with RM , probably down over a £1000 now with lost items.
If I we go to a fully tracked service that will wipe out all profit on some items.

It is just a ball park figure but at one point I was perhaps only getting a 1 in 400 - 500 loss on LLs, now it is completely out of hand and nearer 1 in 30.. I even wondered if it was just slow postage, so that an INR could be opened and closed before item arrived . However, I have just checked a couple from a month ago- and they were fully refunded and still don't show as delivered.
I'm waiting to see what happens with all the claims I've made, apart from the messages from RM that I posted above, I've heard nothing else yet.

Alas, my run of getting cheques has finished. This morning I got a whole load of envelopes from RM, all containing 2 books of RM 1 st stamps .The 2 books have a value of £13.60 and most of my claims were considerably less than that, the lowest value one was only £6.75 .
I'm resorting to giving stamps away to friends and family now as I just don't know what to do with them all.

I've never had an issue, an INR is opened, ebay tell me they will sort it and that's it. That's much better than going to and fro with a 'custom postage' buyer who open an INR 4 days after buying, or become aggressive when you ask them to wait a day or so in case it's just a bit late. Then I have to refund, and usually I didn't bother making a claim - (It's definitely not worth it on business sales) but I did get fed up and claimed everything last Friday after yet another INR.

How are people supposed to run a business when RM are this bad, waiting for some items from ebay and the tracking does not work.
I assume not dodgy sellers with fake tracking because the RM website says the tracking information is delayed or not available
but when it does work briefly it says the sender has despatched the item.
Tracking seems to switch back and forth between it's arriving Wednesday, Thursday and now Friday. Main one I need quickly
was posted late last Friday or early Saturday using Tracked 48. Every now and then it just reverts to the sender has despatched
your item to RM.
I know that because you said it was going to be delivered on Wednesday and now Friday.
Did the people that bought RM just asset strip it or remove all staff?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
