one order of 3 items from one seller and one item each from two other sellers.

I made one order on Amazon last week for two items

. One item delivered by Amazon courier , the other item was delivered by Royal Mail.

I recently ordered from Temu and placed one order but when the goods were despatched, they were sent in three separate parcels - 3 items in one parcel and two other parcels with one item in each

OP has not said how many separate items/parts, in that order?

Not sure where you're going with this, but that description obviously totals five items in the order - just to reiterate, OP was seeking guidance on how to return multiple items that were in the same order but different parcels, although subsequently suspects that the issue arises from the order actually involving different sellers.

3 plus 1 plus 1, so 5 items in the order, paid for as one transaction but posted as three separate ones. Possibly coming from different warehouses?

    Just to clarify for @born_again…..

I placed one order for five items - three pairs of trousers and two t-shirts (although I'm not sure why what I ordered is relevant at all)

The three trousers were delivered together in one parcel. One of the t-shirts in another parcel. And the other t-shirt in a third parcel.

I now understand that the t-shirts were from two different "sellers" and not direct from Temu, hence why they shipped separately. It was only when I tried to do a return that Temu flagged up that you cannot combine returns from sellers with returns from Temu. So I can return the trousers all together but would have to return the t-shirts separately and pay for the returns.

Like I said, totally my fault for not checking properly who was supplying the items. Luckily being Temu they were cheap, so it's a lesson learned.

Thanks, so 5 separate items makes sense.
