Wanted cheap Payasugo phone

I want to buy a cheap payasugo phone which can be unlocked easily. Looking to spend £20-40. Should have color screen.

I checked virginmobile and orange websites. (Virgin had Siemens A60 for £20, Orange had Siemens C65 for £30, they are gone now).
Is there any other good place.
