I have emailed the DCBL DOP - telling them of my Address Anyway.
I have just found on the letter - It is 100% Euro Car Parks, So will email their DOP now Saying the same thing.

I'm reading through the newbie thread. As i have not had any Letters from EuroCarParks. I still dont really know where to go. I Had sent them an email which i have just had a reply from.

    THEIR EMAIL:

    Good day,

    VRM – ***

    PCN – 888***, 888***

The location: M&B - The Denton - Newcastle

Please be advised that the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) has been sent to the address of the registered keeper of the vehicle at the time that the PCN was issued. This address has been provided by the DVLA and it is your responsibility to keep the DVLA updated with your current address so that you can be contacted there. It is also your responsibility to make arrangements to receive your post if you do not have access to your registered address.

Please be advised we are unable to accept your correspondence as this parking charge notice has now been passed to a debt collection agency.

Please contact Debt Recovery directly with regards to payment on 0208 234 6775.

All/any communication must now be with Debt Recovery Plus.

    MY EMAIL:
Hi,I need Assistance here and I’m stuck with a company potentially sending debt collectors and me not being able to do anything!

What’s Occurred:One of my Lads received a Parking Fine Via a Camara (Euro Car Parks – PCN [removed by Forum Team]) back on 30/7/2025

In This time I moved house from my old address to a new address – I never received this letter. My address should be updated online as I have sent my V5 Log book off – However I have not received one back as of yet! – I am unsure of the date I sent this in all honesty, but it was a few weeks back.I understand this is my fault by not updating fast enough – I am happy to pay the bill!!

Wont let me type any more: Please Contact me ASAP [removed by Forum Team]

    Right All

I want to thank Everyone who assisted me here as well as the forum in general!
So I rang up the place that my lad was eating in and drinking in and the staff have Cancelled the PCN with eurocarparks!

As far as I'm aware (From reading on the forum) That it should all be sorted now?

Thankyou, please let me know if I'm wrong and still at risk of trouble!

I reported your post above to have that mobile number removed.

It's always best to have pcn cancellation in writing. In a fews days you can check on ECP payment site enter requested details and see if it says £0 due.

    Great news! Landowner cancellation.

    PLAN A STRIKES AGAIN!

However, wasn't the missing PCN & reminder caused by those going to an old address, probably due to you overlooking to update your address on your V5C?

Have you sorted that error now?

You could well have other PCNs you don't know about and you risked a CCJ.

Never miss updating your logbook (NOT just the driving licence) with the DVLA when you move. Spread the word with other motorists in your family. I've no idea why so many drivers don't know this (apologies if I have misunderstood why an old address was in play).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
