Clicking on a thread title should result in #latest i.e. opening on the last read or first new unread post, whether implemented by time of last visit or post last viewed, - but this seems inconsistent with the browser often opening on a post a few posts previous.

This could be due to the browser misplacing the anchor #latest is a placeholder for.
Creating a reply to stop the post showing as unread.
