Lebara - is there a worst customer service department?
I swapped across to Lebara from Vodafone. What a massive mistake. Nothing has worked since and the contact 'help' centre are absolutey appalling. They cut you off when you use their chat function - or put you on a 72 hour wait list.
Now without a working phone for a week.

There are customer service departments definitely worse than Lebara.
What issues are you having with the SIM/Phone?
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
Unable to make or recieve any calls via the network - worked just fine on Vodafone which is wht I chose Lebara to be on the same network.

Faulty SIM perhaps? Ask if they can send you a new one.

Not had to use Lebara s but given you've moved from definitely the worst out there in Vodafone then count your blessings. Wouldn't surprise me if it's Vodafone that messed things up.

Are you on SIM or eSIM? Has the number porting procedure gone through with all the corresponding texts etc? How many days between activation of your Lebara (e)sim and requested date of number porting?
Not so much relevant for calls, but have you amended the APN settings in your phone? uk.lebara.mobi for both internet and hotspot.
