So I've done mediation where they actually admitted I was in the right but said it had gone too far now and I needed to pay something, to which I said absolutely not!

Anyway I've just had this letter - it reads as though the judge will make their decision without me attending court?? Is that right?

No that's not what 'decision' means in this context. But we are waiting for your NoD which will arrive next month!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My god, and they still want money ??

It was DCBL who let it go too far, not you

If DCBL are playing stupid again, you will get a claim and that will be your chance to show a judge just how stupid they are and claim your costs

BUT …. THEY WILL WAKE UP WITH THEIR MONEY SCAMMING DREAM AND DISCONTINUE

For you, that does not mean the end, although you won, you can still apply for your costs as it will be a fake claim

Why the SRA cannot see that this legal is a danger to the public and a court timewaster is beyond all of us Maybe the CMA should dig deep into DCBL because they are hurting a huge number of the public

Okay thankyou all! I'll await patiently for further correspondence.

They keep trying to call me, I've blocked their number. 🙃

All normal in these cases, just block, ignore, wait for the next stage

They normally start their rubbish phone calls to try and scare you and trying to do a deal. If they mange to catch you it's a BIG NO

I've had a letter for my court date! It's 18th November, thankfully I already have the time off work! It says about sending the documents and witness statements to the court, I think I might have already done that? Other than the picture of my pay and display ticket
