    Why did you email it to UKCPS (no need) and not to the DQ email given in the 8 steps? Stick to the process.

    I've now had an email from the small claims mediation service. Is there any advice you can give when dealing with them on the call.

    Do I just state my position that I didn't park and do not intend to pay this demand for money?

    Are there any dos and don'ts in this situation?
