I have just received "Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track" letter. It states that it is now a defended claim.

Do you have any experience of this stage and how I can successfully protect myself against these grifters?

I downloaded the online N180 form and completed as per the information and emailed HM Courts, UKCPS and Moorside Legal however all of the emails bounced back.

Where can I find the correct email addresses please?

The first post in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum, where the 8 steps are where its also mentioned in step 3 and step 5

The search box gives you the email for Moorside Legal, i posted it on another thread this morning

You don't email the claimant, so 2 not 3 destinations
