    Here is my appeal drafted https://drive.google.com/file/d/12O0Ew3JHtthR1zdv5z37yaI7mV3tXZdR/view?usp=sharing

    Most of it is added in from existing previous successful appeals however I did add in some bits myself I would appreciate someone reviewing PAGES 4 - 8 please.

    @Coupon-mad @Gr1pr

    As the rejection was issued on 13th March, I think I have 28 days to submit the POPLA appeal which makes the deadline this Friday 3rd April so I need to submit by end of tomorrow.

    I haven't had time to look as I'm heading out, but POPLA Codes in fact last till day 33.

    Oh, the POPLA website FAQs page says you have until 28 days after the parking operator rejects the appeal hence why I thought it was 28 days.

    Frequently ask questions | POPLA

    Any feedback on pages 1, 4-8 of my appeal would be greatly appreciated (2-3 of those pages are screenshots so not much to review)

    We know what it says! Believe me I always do POPLA appeals on day 32 or 33.

    Heading out again, sorry!

    You have 3 headed points (all good) but then in the appeal you list 4.

    The landowner authority point is completely out of date, in that it wrongly cites the old BPA CoP para 7, which hasn't existed since 2024. You need to cite the current joint Code para 14 and Appendix G, instead.

    And is the CoP quoted in your point 3 also out of date? All needs to be based on the equivalent clauses in the Joint Code.

    Thanks, I have fixed this and replaced new landowner authority.

    I just realised I forgot to add the receipt for payment but want to check is this even a good idea? Relating to this part:

    The operator instead relies on generic signage placed around the car park, which states “Electric Vehicle Charging Only,” but these signs do not identify which bays the restriction applies to, nor do they map, indicate, or mark the EV‑only area. A motorist has no way of knowing that the specific bay parked in is subject to these restrictions as the car park is presented as a pay and display car park given the signage at the entrance (Figure 2) stating “Pay on Exit” indicating it’s a “Pay and Display” car park for which the hirer of the vehicle paid for (Figure 3 receipt).

    Yes but you're best saying:

    which the driver of the vehicle paid for (Figure 3 receipt).

    I've also just realised I have plenty more time for appealing at POPLA as it doesn't expire until the end of this week.

    Just about to submit the appeal but and not sure which option to select?
