My Club Lloyds Monthly Saver matures on the 11th of April, so I'm trying to renew it today. However, there is no button to do so on the app's renewal page. I did once successfully renew a Bank of Scotland regular saver but can't remember how I accomplished it!

You have to do it through online banking, I couldn't see how to it in the app either.

Thanks to you both, I wasn't expecting the answer within minutes at this time of the morning! I do remember now having to use the browser site, but am still wondering why it doesn't treat the new MS as being opened within 12 months of the previous one. According to that site, it's prohibited...

It’s just another instance where the written terms are not implemented in the IT system. As things are working in our favour, just quietly do what you want to do.

I just don't get it.

Why is this viewed as doing something underhand if Lloyds are openly inviting us to renew our accounts?!

Because it's against the T&Cs. They're not openly inviting people to do it, as they're not advertising it.

For anyone else updating spreadsheets before end of financial year - Melton RS6 has had a decent chunk of interest added today, ahead of final maturity at the end of September.
