I booked a three nights stay at a hotel in Chester and the prices on travelcredits were exactly the same as on booking.com

Hi I’ve also chosen the £120 hotel option however the link to the travel credits website doesn’t work. Please could someone share? Thanks

List of the activity options here:
Terms & conditions here: https://tsbswitchreward.co.uk/terms, specifically:
"Category A Venues: These venues are clearly listed on the Network website. You may claim one free ticket to a Category A venue in each 30-day period. You will not be able to claim a ticket to another Category A venue within the same 30-day period. After the 30-day period has elapsed, you will be able to access Category A venues again and claim another ticket to a Category A venue.
"All other venues: You can claim as many free tickets as you like to these venues within the 12-month period, but you can only claim one free ticket to each venue in any seven (7) day period. After each seven (7) day period has elapsed, you can claim another ticket to that venue. You can claim tickets to these venues and still claim a Category A venue ticket once every 30 days.
"This Reward is valid for 12 months from the date you receive the Administrator’s email containing your unique code."
Hope this helps.

That activities list looks very similar to the moneysupermarket club which you can join for free of you buy insurance through them.
Does anyone have any further feedback about the hotel offer? My last month of 20 transactions was in Feb so I'm expecting the voucher shortly.
So the final reward sounds like a marketing gimmick unfortunately. Banks don't do themselves a favour if they promise a reward that doesn't deliver. Or am I speaking too soon?
