Faulty pvc front door

If you factor in turnaround, then when the 2nd replacement fails it'd be slightly after the 24th month. 8 + 8 + 8 + "a bit".

I don't have any paperwork for the door just the invoice but it states guaranteed for 15 year and 2 years for moving parts but once replaced do I lose all of the guarantee I'm not sure

In some warranties/guarantees, yes. In others, the clock keeps running (e.g. if you get a warranty replacement 8 years into a 15 year warranty the new product is guaranteed for 7 more years). I have yet to see a warranty where the clock restarts, because that would effectively leave the warranty provider liable to replace the item as often as is needed forever, or until the customer dies!
If B&Q have told you the warranty is now dead, then in the absence of any information to the contrary, it's dead.
