TV Package and Installation - help!

If it's a fairly new TV you should have all the Apps available for the likes of the BBC/ITV/Ch4/Ch5 and all of their extra channels. It's no difference to the streaming boxes so you can watch live or from the start of the currently broadcast programme or of course catch-up. Any streaming service however is only as good as the quality (not just speed) of the conection. I would heavily recommend getting a hardwired connection to the router chased into the wall if necessary.
Don't forget that the Sky & VM streaming boxes (and presumably EE's) have to be connected to the TV via HDMI cable and they'll have their own power connection cables (plus perhaps an ethernet cable is not using WiFi).

Not sure if you’re up for a new TV, but if you get a Samsung Frame you connect all your HDMI devices (including Sky or other TV services) into a separate box that lives separately to the TV and which also provides the TV’s power. There is then just a single thin wire that connects this box to the TV. A much neater solution, and the wire can be chased into the wall much more easily than a load of separate cables.

Not just the Frame, we have a Samsung S95C that does the same. Cracking picture as well.
