    Good afternoon everyone who has supported me through this, I have an update. I have received a hearing date for my local county court for 3rd December then yesterday, I received a "without Prejudice" email from DCBL saying there client is prepared to make an offer to potentially conclude this matter, (I assume it's not an offer for my distress and inconvenience) and ask me to urgently call them. Can someone advise on my next steps please?

    Ignore them, keep following the advice in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum ( it wasn't DCBL , it was DCB LEGAL. )

    Let us see their N279 discontinuation document ( redacted. ) from their email just before the hearing fee on that court order is due ( when is that. ? AND , when is the WS deadline. ? )

    They have until 4pm on 5th November to pay a trial fee of £27 and WS deadline is 19th November.

    I doubt it, you said that the hearing was 3rd December, so the WS deadline must be November ! 19th Nov ?
