I have been using mobiles.co.uk for a few years. It's come to the time to upload my third bill for the next cashback cheque, but when I click submit, it shows the green upload bar and then nothing happens - the page stays the same and I can't submit the claim.

Anyone else having this issue?

Try a different browser or desktop if you’re on mobile — their upload tool is flaky. Also check the file size/format (PDF under their limit). If it still fails, email the bill to their support before the deadline so you’ve got a paper trail.

Hi @JJJulie the same is happening to me today. I've used the upload tool without any problem many times previously, so I'm assuming they have an issue today. @ProcessMatters advice is good, I'm going to email them to report it now.

I got through to their webchat, who confirmed it's a site-wide issue that they're working on now. The agent said I should wait up to 14 days for the claim form to start working again before contacting them again. They also said that this claim form outage would not impact any claims. However, I made sure to have the chat transcript emailed to me for evidence in case this turns out not to be the case. I'll try again in a few days.

I've just tried, and the website is working now! 😀

I hadn't got around to going back to try again, but they emailed me yesterday to say they knew I'd tried and failed, but it was now working. I've just submitted successfully.
