Front door leaking
I need some help. 3 years ago, I had a brand new composite front door fitted and ever since I’ve had it, it’s leaked in at the bottom and soaked my carpet.
I’ve had the company out multiple times and they just say it is fine or just change a few screws.
I paid on a credit card.
Is there anything I can do?

Paying by credit card gives you the option of pursuing the card company under section 75, which basically means that you have the same rights against them that you do against the supplier. Chances are they'll ask you to prove that there's been a breach of contract, so you'd probably need to commission a report from an independent technician (at recoverable cost) to confirm that the product or its fitting is flawed, as the card company won't just take your word for it or have their own experts.

Can you give a few more details about how the door is leaking?
Preventing water ingress under the door is really the job of the threshold (yellow in the picture below) which is fixed to the bottom of the frame. In exposed locations a rain deflector strip should also be fitted to the door.
Did they fit a new threshold?
Are the rubber strips in good condition and does the door touch them when closed?
Is there a rain deflector across the full width of the door?

Will the credit card company have any interest or liability after 3 years?

If they're on the hook at all, by virtue of a demonstrable breach of contract, then yes, they're no less so after three years.

The bottom of the door is not flush when shut. Half of the door is and half of the door isnt. Rain is filling up the part where the door would sit and leaking in and is soaking my carpet

Have you checked that your threshold is level?

silly question but how would I check this? Shouldn’t the company have checked this each time they’ve been out?

Use a spirit level.
What the company do or did depends on how competent they are.If the door is square but there is a gap at the bottom then the door is not lining up with tbreshhold as it should.

@Pnrxo, what exactly does your contract with the door manufacturer say?
Was it to make a composite door of specific dimensions to replace the door you had (that is what it sounds like)?
Or had you previously had issues with the door and the contract was to design and fit a new door which would effectively resolve those issues?
