OK, see you in the Autumn with your NoD, like I said before.

As my last reply said, please don't show us the bog standard stuff in between. Spare us!

Thank you. I will not and keep following your post. At the moment, I have logged into MCOL and no response. You have said autumn here, is that how long it takes?

6 to 12 months is a typical timespan from claim form to conclusion

Looks like they are not going to make this look easy.

Standard procedure as per the 8-steps in the template defence thread.

Yeah, following it. Just thought I’d update everybody.

    Thank you.

As Above, its nothing to do with easy, especially not for victims like you ( with an outstanding unpaid Invoice. )

They will continue right up to when the hearing fee is due in several months time

There is no incentive in discontinuing beforehand, not when they can badger you into possible submission

Updating us is one thing, but an unreasonable expectation means that you should take more notice of their M.O.

It is VERY easy. That letter is a template. You can twiddle your thumbs all the way.l, as I said:

Hi all. My wife just sent over the N180 form, only to realise the deadline was 6 days ago. Is this still ok?

Secondly, it looks like DCB legal are acting on behalf of I Park Services, so she cc'd in the info@DCBlegal email address, was this the correct one?
