But you don't need any and unless it's actually a 'Dispute Resolution hearing' ordered by the local court, there's no judge at pointless Mediation call stage.

Stop reading the Mediation email like it's important! You don't even have to take the silly call! Re-read the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread.
There are three links there about Mediation so it surprises me when people at your stage seem to forget about the '8 steps' advice and instead read the Mediation email like it matters. It's irrelevant to you.
