Hi. I'm considering a spusu monthly SIM only and it says the price increases after 12 months.
As the 12 month arises can I just switch to one of their other plans (does it have to be a different plan)? What's the options? Thanks.

If you go ahead with Spusu you could negotiate a better deal on your current deal before the increase. Text 'INFO' to 85075 near to the end of your contract. This will tell you your account status specifically your contract end date and early termination fees. You can also text 'PAC' to 65075 to receive a PAC code and this will often prompt them a provider to offer a new deal.

    Cheers

I've input my new spuso SIM card into my phone. My number has successfully ported across. Do I have to contact my old provider EE or will they automatically close/end my rolling SIM only contract?

Id obtained the PAC number from EE and given it to spuso. How does it work? It's been a long time since I did a change of SIM card.

How does the price freeze work?

Since our launch, all Spusu plans include a price freeze. After you become a spusu customer, the price of your plan will not change unless you decide to switch to another plan.

I have changed to a different plan without issue within Spusu without an issue and have now been with themfor over a year with a number of different contracts for family members

    EE should code your account
