One Touch Switch - City Fibre / Toob

Hi - I'm looking for some insight into what One Touch switch looks like from Openreach to City Fibre.
Currently we are with TalkTalk (Openreach Fttp) and our contract ends on 4th March, we'd normally give 30 days notice on 2nd February.
We are looking to switch to Toob (CityFibre) - They have an offer that we'd like take advantage of, but this ends on 28th January (4 days before we would normally start the order with Toob)
If we use One Touch switch, do we get a choice of installation dates with City Fibre? Or will they just align the install / go live date to coincide with our TalkTalk contract end date?
Would we be better to avoid One Touch switch in it's entirety and manage it ourselves?
The early termination fees seem trivial on TalkTalk full Fibre (around £10pm), but where possible we'd like to make the switch as efficient as possible, and still avail the offer from Toob.
Any insight on past experiences or steer would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Will get a choice of dates with the much better and far cheaper City Fibre.

Thanks ordered on Wednesday, and was able to select One Touch Switch and select 4th March for installation / switch date. TCB tracked, and will get a £50 gift card to boot.
So far so good. 900mb symmetrical for a a fraction of the cost of 150mb over Openreach. Now on the look out for a deal on a new mesh system to replace out aging Deco system.
