Even longer for me, several years with Chase now now and no refer a friend links in my rewards, perhaps it's because I haven't really used the account for the last couple of years.

I just use it for savings but still received the offer.

I had one when it first launched, but now hardly use it (other than cycling in the money required) but have referral links, so unsure exactly what their criteria are.
