Eco4 not working

We got a full air source solar and batteries fitted  week before Xmas and it only heats half the house.   Installer says it’s fine , heat pump supplier says never had this before. One half of house is about 18 degrees rest is at 12 or 13 degrees.  Heating is on from 7 am till 11 pm  runs at 2 kWh. When outside is colder warm part sits at 16 degrees rest 10 degrees?

Open the lockshield valves in the cooler rooms up a bit.

Assuming you have thermostatic radiator valves fitted, it is better to open them fully, to effectively disable them, and use the lockshield valves to balance the temperature for each room. The heat pump will operate much more efficiently as there is more water circulating in the system. TRVs are the enemy of ASHPs.

And it is best to have the heating on 24 hours a day. Just reduce the thermostat by a couple of degrees at night.

Dont make people have to tease info out like pulling teeth. Just saying that you are cold means people will just try and guess

If we dont know what you've got and how its been configured then you wont get a sensible answer (assuming that you want advice rather just a rant)

Have you got zone valves. What controls have you got. Do rads have TRVs. We need much more info about what system you've got, (make and model) what controls you have (make and model) and how they've been configured.

Assuming radiator sizes have been correctly sized to respective rooms and (as above) that everything is fully open, this sounds like a flow and/or pressure drop issue.
Does the pipework tee off to the two separate halves of the house? Do the radiators in each half of the house feel to be at the same temperature? If radiators the cold end of the house are not getting as warm as radiators in the warmer end of the house, then it's a flow issue and they are receiving insufficient flow. Hopefully this may be something as simple as an air lock issue rather than a more fundamental inadequate system design.
Did your installer identify the index circuit (radiator with the longest/most restrictive path) and ensure the circulating pump is capable of supplying sufficient head pressure to achieve the required flow? Or did they just throw in the system and hope for the best?
