  • Yep, contacted them yet again to complain eight days ago and was told it will be dealt with as a priority…history tells me there will be no further communication until I contact them again, utter cowboys.

    What can we do, financial ombudsman?

  • Finally got payment yesterday. For anyone still trying, it was an email of complaint that did the trick. Still took an incredibly long time with virtually no communication though and they had the cheek to charge me £86 for a lost share certificate that I'd never received in the first place.
