I've been unable to access my my virginmedia account despite several calls to the helpline. It just loops around a verify email address and back to the home screen.
I've switched to grain as of next Wednesday but I want to log a complaint so that i'' m in front of any futures issues.
Which of course you can't do unless i can access my account.
Does anyone have an email correspondence address or other suggestions I could use please?
