Of course you ignore the letters!

DO NOT EVER CONTACT ZZPS. Read their Trustpilot…

Come on, we thought it was clear:

    You WANT the Claim Form!

Thank you, perhaps I did miss something. Why do I want the claim form?

We are now on the 'final warning' letter before the Claim Form and I am very concerned about further action.

We did contact the company with proof of our circumstances — driver broke a bone, pulled in to keep out of the way of traffic and wait to be rescued, all this after a recent bereavement and job loss.

    They haven't replied though.

    Just relax

    These letters are harmless

Unlikely to even get a court claim

But if you do, that's the ultimate dispute resolution that you thought you were getting by appealing.

So you want a Claim Form. It's not the enemy. It's the end game.

    UPDATE: PCN CANCELLED

Emailed LDK appeals team way after appeal date with evidence of all distressing circumstances. 4 weeks later, they replied to confirm they were closing the case.

Feeling grateful to everyone who supported us here and replied so speedily, thank you all again very much.

    Well done.

They're probably seen this thread and realised it's futile.
