    Defence wasn't your only job. This is fully explained on post 2 of the NEWBIES thread. Go read it and catch up tomorrow because you are in breach of the hearing order.

    But so are they. We reckon they've discontinued but your court will know.

    yes I know I am now. I'm very cross with myself for not reading the letter properly but I can't change it now. Will just do what I can. Will ring them first thing

    You can put in a late WS but we hope the call will confirm it is over! Most CEL cases don't proceed to hearings now.

    well as you guessed the case has in fact been thrown out! letter was issued by the court on the 16th so just waiting to receive that. That's 3 years of this hanging over me finally gone.
