Going sim only o2

Is your wife still within the original air time contract period? If so she cannot end the existing one until she has either completed the term or pays off the remainder of the term.
BTW whatever you decide be very careful about canceling the airtime if you want to keep the existing phone number. If you do want to keep the existing number ask for a PAC code and switch to a new provider.0 -
Usually people want to end the airtime contract (because of price rises) but keep the phone plan (because they are usually good deals).gadget88 said:My wife plans to pay the handset off and go sim only. It says you can pay the plan off and the airtime unlinks can it be switched to sim
only via the app or would it actually have to be cancelled?
Should be no problem just paying off the balance of the phone plan, the airtime plan should just continue as it is.0
