Ye, they can see the number and that the account is closed. They aren’t arguing that the payments have been taken but they say they don’t know what to do about it as the account no longer exists in their system. The only solution was that I had to wait for an email from the back door fraud team. The email just redirected me back to customer services. Ironically I’ve had an email warning me payments can’t be taken and that they will look to take action 🤦🏼♀️ it’s a messkipsterno1 said:Have you asked them what number this relates to and if they could provided you paper bills for the period (I presume they haven't been sending txt or emails re bills).0
