Based on that, it looks like you were paying about £430 a year last year and this coming year it's gonna be about £490. The monthly bill will be about £40 if you pay over 12 instalments. Were you paying over 8 instalments or on monthly direct debit which might explain the changes. Either way, the estimated charge isn't £75 a month for the year.

Have you checked your meter yourself to see whether the bill actually reflects the meter readings, rather than estimates.
