Easyjet flights delayed over 3 hours

Hi
Our flights were delayed from Geneve to Luton. I have written to Easyjet - using the template letter on the MSE website. Got a response back to say that it was due to air traffic restrictions so not the airlines fault. Can I still pursue and ask for evidence perhaps that it was air traffic restrictions?
any advice appreciated.
Thanks

There's nothing stopping you from asking them for more details, but don't be surprised if they stick to their guns without offering evidence as such. If they do so in a final response, you can raise a case with AviationADR, after which EasyJet will submit a lengthy document explaining their case in detail - what makes you believe that it was their responsibility/fault?Askingforafriend1 said:Got a response back to say that it was due to air traffic restrictions so not the airlines fault. EU-Wide restrictions imposed by EuroControl were in force on this date, and wintery weather at GVA lead to arrival and departure flow restrictions throughout the dayAskingforafriend1 said:Sat 3rd January
Highly likely to be ATC related, but little harm challenging it0
