You should be aware that there is a standard allowance for everything you spend money on in a DRO assessment.
So you should always over estimate the figures you give in your budget by at least 30%, maybe more, if any of your figures goes over the standard allowance, they may question it, otherwise it will be accepted as the norm, always over estimate rather than undercut yourself.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Basically, as long as your expenditure doesn't exceed your income, in your situation no-one is going to really going to challenge your SOA.
In reality, your income just about sustains you and you've not got any surplus for debt repayments.
You've had a crap few years and need to build a future.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing2 -
