Ah ha I couldn't do a DRO as I have more than £75/ month..
£200 a month on groceries is low, £250 wouldnt be queried.

Never underestimate your figures you use for a DRO, you have to remember inflation and always round up.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

The amounts you got in for utilities, medical(given your needs), clothing are all on the low side.

It may be that you have got used to scarcity, but cut yourself a little slack.

And in the short term put say £65 per month into savings to give you a little buffer? Or at least buy a washing machine?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

Thank you so much. If I could do that I could then do a DRO which was my initial preference but I was over the 75 threshold. Thank you for the advice

One way this often shows is using too little heating in winter. It isnt healthy.
Another is not buying clothes that you actually need

Buy a couple of very low watt LED lamps (lightbulbs to consumers). Preferably one daylight. Cost a tenner to buy and less than that to run per year, both of them. Use the daylight one in the room in which you sit most.
