Hargreaves Lansdown charts not working?

Hi,

Is it just me? I've used both Chrome and Edge but a lot of the charts won't display, this has been happening for a few months now, I don't know if it's something my end or HL have changed something their end. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? See example below:

I've had this problem before, though not lasting months. In recent weeks I've had no issue viewing the HL charts.

I might be remembering wrong but I think I solved it by allowing Adobe Flash Player to display, or some other similar software. I'm sure it's an issue on your end, not HL's end.

Thanks for the replies, I switched ISP a while back from PlusNet to Virgin, so it kind of makes me wonder if it's related to that. The reason I say this is that when I go into developer mode I can see I'm getting a "connection reset" error when it's trying to load the chart. This feels like there is some issue accessing the charts from my Virgin IP address.

Sure enough, if I do it on my phone and disconnect from the Wifi and go over the Lebara network, it works fine. As soon as I connect to the wifi and reload the page the chart refuses to load.

So it seems that HL are blocking Virgin for some reason. How odd!

I have no idea how I get this fixed, imagine me trying to explain this to the bots at HL, maybe I'll try a tweet.

I'm using Virgin Media and it's fine for me using vanilla Chrome:

Do you still get the problem if you go to the Charts and Performance page?  I only ask because it looks like HL have made a change to the presentation of the graphs on that page and maybe that will show up when the other page won't.

Yes that's the strange thing, the Charts and Performance page works fine.

Can you do me a favour and go to https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and tell me the first three digits. I'm on 86.4.192... I'm trying to work out if we're on the same subnet or not, ie. trying to work out if they might be blocking my individual IP or subnet.

Thanks, I'm on 86.4.192, so it's a different subnet. Could be that mine is blocked and yours isn't.
