Not really Bosch in disguise, Siemens, Bosch and Neff are all brands of the same company. For many white goods they are in principle all the same with modest surface details adapted to the differing brands design language. For some (eg induction hobs) it can be as little as just a different logo but for other appliances it's a greater change. Bosch and Siemens were producing appliances together since 1967 on a 50/50 basis, Bosch has now bought Siemens interest out of Bosch Siemens Hausgerate but retained the rights to use the brand for white goods. 

It's as much a "Bosch" being a "Siemens" in disguise as the other way round. 

Personally found Miele and Liebherr the more enigmatic arrangement, until recently at least Miele made their "master cool" top end range but Liebherr was said to make their lower range models. At the time they looked almost identical with again just a few minor cosmetic differences but the response from Miele was variable, some said it was made by them but fully to a Miele spec, others denied liebherr were involved at all. Personally couldn't get past the level of similarity to pay the 25% premium for the Miele badge and its superficial integration into the Miele app
