    You need to check and if not discontinued you need to submit your WS bundle ASAP,  tomorrow if its going ahead, even if its late,  better late than never  !  Don't rock up with it on the day without submitting it first 

    Read your court order again,  its always on there

    FYI, most of us volunteers on here have not done it before,  but reading and research mean that we understand the process

    Yep you can still do a WS (if need be) and I advised where the advice section is that covers this stage.

    Just thought I’d do a quick update,I had 2 letters yesterday one saying they will accept 60 and another saying our client has instructed us to discontinue court proceedings,so I think that’s over with now,so thanks to those that helped and even the one that made me feel crap every time I posted,ya never know what people are going through it doesn’t cost anything to be nice or to be helpful

    Well done, did they include a N279 Notice of discontinuation?  If so, yes, it's over and can you show us the N279

    Hi I left the letter at my girlfriends but soon as am back there I’ll upload the N279,it was attached to the discontinue letter,it could be a few days but I will upload when I get it back
