Hi all I’ve had this letter through last month and I’ve heard nothing since,does this mean I will be going court? Do I just wait to hear off them or do I just turn up on that day if I hear nothing from them?,thanks

You need to ring the court and ask if the claimant has paid the hearing fee.

Who is the claimant? Is it through DCB Legal?

Phone the court and see if they paid the hearing fee  ( deadline was 9th January 2026. )

Check your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document 

What is the WS plus Exhibits bundle deadline. ?  ( its usually 2 weeks before the hearing date  )

Hearing date is 26th January , if it goes ahead, if they paid. ?

Who is the claimant parking company. ?  Which solicitors  ?

They probably failed to pay the fee 

Dcblegal probably emailed you with an N279 discontinuation document a week or two ago,  check your email inbox and spam folders

If not, we hope you didn't fail to file & serve your WS & evidence bundle this week? As ordered on page 2 of that order.

But we reckon it's discontinued. And we need to see a copy of the NoD from DCB Legal.

Oh no I didn’t realize I’d got do anything till court I haven’t got the letter with me at minute so can’t check but can’t remeber it telling me to do anything,I thought I’d jus got take any evidence/pictures with me on the day,does that mess things up then,there is no NoD from
dcb not in emails

Of course it did. Hearing Orders require action from both parties. Your date to file and serve a WS and evidence was likely a few days ago. But so was theirs! This stage is fully covered in the NEWBIES thread section in red capitals: IMPORTANT, KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN' that nobody seems to read...

You should have been expecting this stage and you should have read the second page of the hearing order properly. You don't just file a defence in this process then rock up to court to ambush the other side with photos and evidence.

Anyhoo, it won't matter if they have discontinued, which is for you to establish!

It’s the first time doing anything like this m,we’re not all perfect are we?but yeh it’s probably to late to do that now hopefully it’s been discontinued or hopefully it’s doesn’t damage things for me and go in there favour
