Motorola edge 70 promotion Bundle

On 22/12/25 I bought a Motorola Edge 70 as part of 2 year contract with I.D mobile. A lot of what attracted me to the deal was the bundle that you needed to claim after a 15 day cooling of period. The bundle was said to be worth £ 278 included a charger, smart watch, ear buds & tracker offered by Motorola.
After the cooling off period I made my claim and supplied all documents and information required. After 24 hours I had not received any form of acknowledgement of my claim. So I made the claim again this time I received an acknowledgement almost instantly. Thinking that I had messed up the previous day I was happy that my claim would be sorted out in a few days.
2 days later I received an e-mail saying my claim had been rejected because I had made multiple claims. Ironically the e-mail said if you felt the way I was treated was unfair I should claim again, which I did. Only to be rejected again.
I have found it impossible to speak to anyone or communicate with anyone other than a machine. I am 70 and come from a different era however I do manage to get along some tech but this has left me feeling stupid, vulnerable and £278 out of pocket as I'm sure the cost of this bundle is hidden in original cost.
I have also faced the same communication brick wall with I.D mobile
As the cooling of period has elapsed I cant even return it. I feel there must be some sort of consumer protection that could help but I don't know which way to turn.
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated
Thank you.

The Terms & Conditions of the promotion don't give any contact details (other than Lenovo's UK HQ address) but I did find an email address
motorolapromotions@biggroup.co.uk
You might try reiterating your experience in an email - keep it factual and succinct - include the details that you did for the claim - your details, proof of purchase, IMEI number. Any application references?
