Perhaps worth naming the provider you're referring to, to put all that into context? Others may have experienced similar and/or have suggestions about workarounds or whatever....0

Just been able to do it all ok now, I checked downdetector and was ppl having issues with online banking this evening and some with the website (I didn't notice anything with the website itself, just online banking) but looks to have been resolved, managed to login ok, layout as normal and managed to transfer from existing to new isa all ok.

Just to be clear, you have done this by initiating an isa transfer (or with a provider that uses isa wallets)?. If not you may find yourself exceeding this years limit without realising it.kev2009 said:managed to login ok, layout as normal and managed to transfer from existing to new isa all ok.
